Email marketing beginners hit the ground running

AGC Glass are a bespoke glass company who have installed their products in buildings such as the Shard in London.
AGC Glass UK had never done email marketing before and required some help in getting them started. They wanted a way of keeping in touch with their customers via newsletter with updates on their new products.
They required a bespoke template which complied with their branding guidelines and was in-line with their website. As there was a lot of content in each campaign, we thought it best to create them a landing page which took their reader through to the full article.
Once AGC’s template had been delivered to the account, the initial marketing strategy detailed what would be the campaigns for the next 6 months. Their account manager was on hand for any support and advice when putting together the content and campaigns. Once the results were through, further discussions were held regarding what worked well and what could be changed for the next edition. With the advice given after the first email campaign, open rates increased instantly by 5%.
AGC have received excellent feedback from their colleagues in France and Belgium who have since gone on to do email marketing too. They also receive a fantastic response back from their recipients and now send ad hoc emails for their sales team as well as their monthly campaigns.
