The NewZapp System will be unavailable for intermittent periods between:
Midnight on Friday 1st May until Midnight Sunday 3rd May
We will be moving the NewZapp physical hardware that runs your email marketing to a new home. The move itself is not very far, about 100 metres to the neighbouring datacentre, but this will mean that we will have to take NewZapp offline for a short period of time.
NewZapp runs on multiple servers and we won’t move all of them at the same time but instead in batches. This means that the actual downtime itself should be kept to an absolute minimum.
We are notifying customers that we will have planned maintenance for 2 days over the weekend, however, we do not anticipate being offline for the whole of this time but you should expect intermittent service during this time.
We advise all customers not to log on or schedule any campaigns to be sent during this time.
We will contact all customers a number of times before the weekend of the move to remind you of what is happening.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this planned maintenance causes and appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we work hard over this weekend to deliver an improvement to the underlying infrastructure that delivers the performance of the NewZapp system and your emails.
