New & Improved:
- Subscribers | Groups & Segments | Data table
By default, data on the Data Tables loads in ascending (A-Z) order by email addresses. This week’s update changes the order that the data loads once a data column heading is clicked, for speed of lookup.
Date based column data is now shown in descending order when the column heading is clicked. A lookup example: With one click of the ‘Date Added’ column heading it’s now easier to view the Subscribers most recently added to your account.
Text based column data is now shown in ascending order when the column heading is clicked. A lookup example: With one click of the ‘First Name’ column heading it’s now easier to view the Subscribers that do not have a first name stored, handy if you are planning on sending an email with first name personalisation.
Top tip: Click on a data column heading a second time to reverse the order of data
- Automation | Triggers – Added to Audience not compatible with Segments
Removal of the option to set an ‘Added to Audience’ step trigger on an Automation that’s been saved with a Segment as its audience. We will keep you posted once an update is available which enables the combination of a Segment with this type of trigger.
