newzapp reaches £1 million turnover target and beyond

What a year 2009 turned out to be! I think we can say the recession had an impact on all businesses this year and newzapp found things slowing down round the mid year point. Following that, the newzapp team pulled out all the stops and not only hit target, but smashed it!

The impact of reaching that impressive target this year has had an enormous impact on the whole staff. Moral which is always great, is now sky high. This is a fantastic time for all the new members of staff joining newzapp in early 2010.

The company hit the £1 million turnover target on the same day as the Christmas party. The company celebrated this fantastic achievement with champagne and some words of thanks from the board of directors at the end of the Christmas meal.

“After dipping to a low in July, sales have continued to recover during the second half of the year and have grown steadily throughout the 4th quarter. Turnover to December 31st 2009 broke the £1 million level for the first time in the company’s 11 year history and I couldn't be more proud of my staff.” says Trevor Munday.
