Prior to using newzapp, Innergy had spent an average of over £4,500 per year on marketing campaigns, promoting their various services and training programs to new and existing customers.

This included costs for design, print and postage, though doesn’t take into account the costs associated with the physical time taken by Innergy staff to send mail-shots out to all their database in the first place.

“The entire process of sending out a basic marketing campaign became painfully distracting to our core business, costly and almost impossible to measure” said James Osborne, one of the Directors of Innergy.

“We were spending all this time and cost on something that we had no idea whether or not it was really working as good as it should be, and that is a concern, not to mention the unnecessary impact we were having on the environment with all that paper and postage ” he continues.

InnergyThe deployment of the newzapp system in 2007 has transformed not only Innergy’s approach to marketing, but also the results they are getting.

“Whilst the newzapp system has dramatically eliminated the heavy costs in designing and delivering a traditional marketing campaign (we estimate by about 80%), our overall spend on marketing campaigns has only reduced by about 10% over these past two years because we now have more marketing budget available on other marketing projects such as public events and some exceptional client entertainment.”
