What's an active subscriber?

Choose your plan
Send as many email campaigns as you like to 50'000 active subscribers.
Larger databases can send upto 12 times their limit every month. For example if your group totals are between 75,000 & 100,000 you can send upto 1,200,000 emails a month.
What if my active subscriber total goes above my plan?
You'll be automatically be billed at midnight on an appropriate subscriber total plan and a new monthly period will begin from that point. Deleting addresses that have been sent to during a billing period will not reduce your active subscriber total.

No Annual Contracts
You can cancel the plan at any time from within the software. The minimum term is 3 months. Every 30 days your account will automatically renew itself on the appropriate plan.
NewZapp Unlimited is based on your subscriber total and payments will be taken automatically every 30 days on an active account. Refunds or extensions will not be issued if no email are sent during a billing period.
The active subscriber total is the sum of subscribers uploaded and/or sent to across all groups. For example, 5 groups with 100 unique subscribers in each is a subscriber total of 500. If a subscriber is in multiple groups it's counted towards the subscriber total each time they appear. For example, 5 groups with the same 100 subscribers in each is also a subscriber total of 500.
