Important Changes to your NewZapp Email Marketing Account

During the last 6 months we've been visiting NewZapp users up and down the country to pick their brains about getting the most out of their Email Marketing budgets. Many thanks for the tea and hospitality!

 

From 1st February 2013 we're making the biggest structural change to our packages in over 5 years, it's a very exciting change and one we're sure you're going to enjoy and benefit from. We've automatically amended your next invoice for you in preparation for the change. Certain products are to be discontinued and so we've suggested an alternative.  

 

When is your next invoice?

This information can be found by selecting Products under Navigation from the Admin Tab of your account. Your next invoice will be due on or after the expiry date of your current licence period.

NewZapp Monthly Users

You are currently on what we now term as a 30 day rolling agreement. If you're happy to continue on this agreement you don't have to do anything. Your February invoice will be charged at your New Send upto Rate.

 

New 12 month agreement

Alternately you can switch to a new 12 month agreement and with your chosen monthly plan you will benefit from a fixed billing date each month, overage emails with no expiry and be able to take advantage of lower monthly prices than the 30 day rolling agreement.

 

No Licence Fees & Free Upgrades

As an existing NewZapp customer you will not be charged any licence fee for moving to our 12 month agreement. In some cases you may receive a free licence upgrade! Speak to your account manager to see if you qualify.

 

How do I switch?

To switch across contact your account manager before your next billing date. They will raise a new order for you and explain how the new Overage Email feature works.
