When you buy an newzapp licence we'll provide a branded email template at no additional cost.
If you would like an additional template, you can load as many of your own templates as you like using our template upload facility in your account free of charge. Full testing and rendering responsibility lies with you.
If you would like a new bespoke template built by our design team, we'll be happy to create you one.
whats included?
- Brief: The email template can look and feel exactly as you want. We'll take a brief from you, listen to your email marketing plans and offer you guidance and advice if you need it.
- Proofing: Once we have a brief we'll produce a flat Jpeg version of your template along with a proof guide which will explain the functionality that the template will have.
- Build: Once you're happy with the design we'll build your template.
- Testing: We'll ensure it passes our rigorous template delivery tests*.
- Loading: We'll load the template into your newzapp account (if applicable).
- Delivery: If you are not a newzapp customer, we'll provide you with the HTML and text versions to take away.
