If you need to make changes to the fixed areas in your template, we can provide you with the HTML and Text versions. You can make any changes you want and once you've finished, load it into your account using our template upload facility.

Once you've tested your template and you're happy, you can email it to our email marketing advisors. They can arrange for your amended template to be loaded into your account where it will be available in the template drop down.

Our design team can make either a minor or major template amendment for you. They'll make the amendment, test your updated template across all the major email clients and load it into your account.

Request your template (don't forget to give us your company name).
