By now there can be very few people with any involvement in recruitment who are not aware that there are less than 2 months until the introduction of the Agency Worker Regulations. The general principal of the regulations being:
Agency Workers, who have worked with a hirer in the same or similar role for 12 weeks or more, must be given equal treatment in terms of basic working and employment conditions of comparable directly recruited employees/workers of the hirer.
