It's almost five years now since ProVision Communications was founded 'to make video and wireless work together', and we continue to work at the leading edge of video and wireless technology for some of the world's top companies.
In this issue you can read about two of our current projects- driving the roll out of WiMax in the UK, and putting mobile video into the hands of spectators at major events. Delivering video over wireless is becoming a hot topic - whether it's mobile TV out of doors, or domestic systems indoors - and it's keeping us very busy!
Although our background is in consultancy, this year sees the launch of our first products, starting off with the PrOvu 100 which transmits real time video reliably over WiFi. This off-the-shelf system is suitable for use in a wide range of applications including television production, mobile TV, and security/ surveillance.
