You will find below our creativebiz blog which provides handy tips aimed at helping you drive change within your business focussing on that key ingredient that's often missing - engagement from your colleagues.
We also wanted to let you know about our new location at Alfred Place, and our latest management development programme.

| How to create changes that stick in your business |

Creating change is often difficult, expensive, and prone to failure. And as a leader when you initiative the 'pet project of the month' over and over again but nothing really changes guess what? You start to look a little like a politician: all mouth and no trousers. Change is difficult because it's about new behaviours. And we all know how difficult it is to alter our own habits (eg drinking less, exercising more or turning the TV off once in a while!) Imagine how much harder it is when you are trying to modify the attitudes and actions of an entire creative business.
Kirkbright is currently involved in the implementation of major change within a large UK business which operates a variety of differently branded operating companies under one umbrella. It has been a huge and challenging project, and along with our other client work and feedback from our management development workshops here are six handy tips to help you to become a Change Maker.

Are you a Welsh creative business leader looking to collaborate with other businesses inside or outside Wales? Are you a creative business from elsewhere looking for a commercial partner inside Wales? In either case come along to our evening panel event - 'Breaking Barriers' - at Caspian Point in Cardiff on Thursday 22nd April.
The inspiration to tackle this issue has sprung from passionate participant discussions on our ongoing Creative Business Leader Programme. We'll be discussing strategies for collaboration in order to target new markets. If you are interested in attending 'Breaking Barriers' follow this link.
Creative Business Leader is an integrated management development programme for the leaders of creative businesses in Wales. It is being delivered in partnership with Skillset Cymru supported and funded by S4C and TAC and endorsed by the Skillset Cymru National Board.
