Before we opened our Smithfield venue in April 05, we asked lots of people what they wanted from a new London training and conference centre. We listened carefully to what they said and in response, made sure our new venue offers:

During our first year we've enjoyed fantastic business and great client feedback as a result. Over 50 companies now use us regularly, more than 90% of new clients have re-booked and we've even got bookings for 2007.
Over the past few months we've been incredibly busy but we've loved getting to know some fantastic clients and doing everything possible to make their events a success. We're looking forward to welcoming you or welcoming you back - in 2006.
Prices held until April 2006
Because we're committed to being London's best value venue we're holding our 2005 rate-card until April 06. So until the end of March you can get a Day Delegate Rate of just £51.50 + VAT including finger-buffet lunch, delegate registration, a room equipped with white board, stationery and flipchart, and refreshments throughout the day. From April our DDR with lunch will increase to £54.95 - still unbeatable value for a great quality London venue. Fab feedback
The evaluation forms clients complete after their event are a great source
of feedback. In recent analysis 100% of clients rated our customer support and the 'layout and presentation of rooms' as 'good' or 'excellent'. And out of these, over 50% gave both factors an impressive 'excellent' rating. Our catering also got a resounding thumbs-up with the quality of lunch and service from waiting staff getting an 'excellent' or 'good' rating from over 90% of clients.
