Did you know that you can convert messages in your inbox into appointments, tasks and even new contacts?

Imagine you have received an email with details of an event or appointment you'd like to attend.  Drag that message across to the calendar section on the left-hand side. Now complete the details as usual. Notice how all the useful information from the email is now included in the appointment. 

Try the same process with an email from a new contact, dragging the message to the Contacts section instead of the calendar section.  It also works with tasks too!
