7) What if my subscribers are unable to receive HTML emails?
NewZapp emails are automatically delivered as multipart MIME email with HTML and text sections. Most email viewers are MIME compatible and this means they are able to view the rich text HTML version of the email. Some corporate networks may remove the HTML. In this case the recipient will see the text only version. This includes a link, when the recipient clicks the link they are taken to the rich text version via their web browser. If required, you can select to send text only e-mails in your NewZapp account.
8) Can people sign up to receive my email on my website?
Yes. NewZapp has an interface panel that you can put on your website. This allows people to subscribe to your email directly from your site. We can help you to do this, if you would like to know more please contact sales@newzapp.co.uk
9) What happens if someone unsubscribes from my email?
Each email you send will include a link to a NewZapp unsubscribe web page. The recipient is asked to enter their name and email address in a box on this page. NewZapp automatically removes them from your subscription list once they have filled in this box.
