We concentrate our efforts on providing a top quality email marketing solution. If you're buying data you'll need to make sure that the email addresses are cleaned on a regular basis and that they are Opt-in addresses. Please call us if you want to know more about email data. 

5) Is my NewZapp account secure?

Yes, your NewZapp account is accessed with a unique username and password. All of the communications are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. This prevents your username and password being ‘sniffed’ and also ensures that the content of your email and your subscriber details are securely transmitted.

6) Can I email specific contacts only?

Yes, When you send an email you have the option to select all subscribers or only send to a specific group.
